I've always said it's good to remember where you came up from since, for better or worse, it's a part of who we are and can effect us in ways we don't even realize half the time. This was a good reminder of that to everyone effected.

[Anyone who might be used to seeing Luke's cabin and how it looks when he makes a comment on the network will see that it's not quite the same. More accurately, it's pretty much trashed. There's trash and food wrappers lying around and the stereo is blaring music. The camera's a big shaky before a small, surprisingly angry face comes into view.]

Hey, all ya'll best listen up cause I'm not gonna be repeatin' myself! The next one of ya'll punks try runnin' up on me and gettin' in my business, you gonna be catchin' mad hell, you got that? You lucky my boy Stryker ain't here or we'd have you on lockdown for real, Rykers style.

We haven't been introduced yet, but the name's Luke Cage. I'm sure you probably don't know who I am since Tony didn't either but I'm an Avenger...at least I am back where I'm from. There's another version of Tony there and you too. I got mad respect for you, so was wanting to have the chance to talk to ya face to face.

I'm also wantin' to see if there are anymore of you guys floating around that I don't know about.

[Luke's room is surprisingly quiet, though those who live nearby or might've been walking by would've heard the music earlier followed by some sort of dull thumping sound until both eventually stopped.]

Ya know, I like to think I've got a healthy sense of humor and that I can take a practical joke or prank as well as the next guy. But man....overkill is fucking overkill. Might wanna learn how to tone it down a bit. There's a lot of people on this tub who don't have a healthy sense of humor.

[He sets a metal ball on his desk that, upon closer inspection is actually all the little robots that were in his room, crushed and balled up like paper.]

[The video starts up and shows a small apartment, the Harlem skyline visible in the windows for those who might recognize it. In the center of the video, sitting at a desk is a large, bald man who might be familiar to some but not all. For those who would recognize him, he looks a little older, but not much and he has an easy smile on his face.]

Sup, Barge? For those who don't know, the name's Cage. Luke Cage and I'm gonna be starting my second run as a Warden here beginning today.

Now that introductions are out of the way, I know time does some wonky crap on this bad boy so if there are any familiar faces out there, I'd love to know how long it's been for you guys and whether the Admiral's learned how to steer this thing yet.

[Luke appears on camera looking perfectly fine, not a scratch on him. Definitely doesn't look like a guy who spent the entire Shendu episode fighting endless waves of ninjas. Thank you, indestructible skin.]

That little adventure was fun. [Saaarcasm.]

For those of you who weren't around before my little nap, I'm usually looking for a reason to have a good time and lighten things up around here. And, right now, they could lighten the hell up a lot. So I'm gonna do what I do best in this situation.

Grill out.

This is gonna be in the CES, Wardens AND Inmates are free to come. Anyone causing trouble will have to answer to me, and trust me, you don't want that. Otherwise, drag yourselves out there and enjoy yourself.

[The video begins and it shows a face that hasn't really been seen up and around the ship in quite a while. He's wearing the same shirt that he was wearing when he was found unconscious, another victim of the infamous Barge comas.]

Well, I can honestly say that I feel like a real Barge veteran now that I've had my first coma. I just checked the date, so I know I've missed a good bit, but if anyone wants to fill me in on what I've missed in the past month or two, feel free to just throw out information. I'd appreciate it.

I should be up and out of here pretty soon and I'll be taking up my old position in the gym, unless someone has a objection to it.

Oh, and for those who might be new to me, Inmates and Wardens alike. Name's Luke Cage. Sup?

Well, I had another Inmate for a little while but looks like that one's disappeared so it's back to finding something else to occupy my time on this tub.
